Seeking front desk, medical office assistance for a neuropsychologist office. Qualified individual will be able to engage in:
- Receptionist DutiesPatient
- Customer Service
- Office Administration Duties.
Soft skills:We are looking for someone who is pleasant, with excellent telephone voice/manner, impeccable customer service skills, and ability to deal with mentally ill individuals (patience and ability to not take other’s behaviors personally). Excellent organizational abilities required (effective time management, ability to prioritize workload). Must demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and schedule patients to optimize daily schedule.
It is extremely important this candidate be punctual and reliable.
Hard skills: Ideal candidate must have medical office experienced. Must be familiar with EHRs (such as Practice Fusion). Must understand health insurance and how mental health is covered. Candidate must have ability to operate office equipment, computers, and basic (both Apple OS and MS Office software: create/edit/maintain electronic health records, compose correspondence, spreadsheets using Word & Excel).
Primary duties will include: greeting patients, registering patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, screening for adequate cases fit services provided, creating medical records and maintaining them, verifying health insurance benefits, collect copays, help out with medical (mental health billing), as well as clean the office.
The candidate must speak English. Candidates bilingual in Spanish are highly desirable (but not required). Individuals with social work, counseling, customer service, medical training, emergency response training, or administrative experience in a high-profile setting will receive primary consideration. Psychologist, Part Time

Licensed Psychologists with specialization in neuropsychology are preferred; however, highly qualified applicants can be provided with specialized training in neuropsychology and supervision towards Florida licensing. This position will travel between offices in Lee and Collier County providing comprehensive mental health services between outpatient and inpatient settings. Fluency in Spanish a bonus.

A private practice neuropsychological facility in Fort Myers, FL seeks post-doctoral neuropsychology fellow for full-time positions with our expanding practice. This Postdoctoral position provides the opportunity of expanding and acquiring professional experience with specialized training and supervision in neuropsychology. Our practice offers neuropsychological services to a multicultural population including children, adolescents, adults, and their families. This position will travel between outpatient offices in Lee and Collier County providing comprehensive mental health services, and will be responsible for conducting diagnostic interviews, administering psychometric testing batteries, completing reports, differential diagnosis, and providing feedback to patients for a variety of psychological disorders, ADHD, dementia, TBI, learning disorders, forensic evaluations, and more. Spanish speaking candidates are a bonus.
